Citibase
Citibase are a serviced office provider in the centre of Edinburgh, looking after anywhere from
45 - 55 small businesses. Citibase approached Ladarnas with a request for IT support for their
Edinburgh office as the burden of dealing with IT related issues was becoming too great for the
Administration team and was impacting business efficiency. The support needed to cover all
desktop systems, e-mail, printers, network infrastructure and remove the IT burden from the
Administration staff.
The 24/7 monitoring our Managed Services offering provides has allowed us to anticipate issues
before they occur and maintain the network at optimum service levels and respond rapidly to
developing problems. Since then we have worked with Citibase to streamline office processes
and upgrade many of the desktops to improve system performance. This has had a positive impact
on the overall efficiency of the office allowing the staff to concentrate on driving their
business forward.
